Frequently Asked Questions

Answers about Codeholt, what Pro adds, and how buying from us works.

About Codeholt

We build and sell premium WordPress plugins. Everything we make is licensed software you can buy, install and update, starting with License For Envato — which turns Envato purchase codes into a complete licensing system for people selling plugins and themes.
One right now: License For Envato, with its Pro add-on. A second plugin is in final testing and launches shortly, and more are planned after it. Every product we release is covered by the same 14-day refund and the same support channels, so nothing you learn buying one changes when the next arrives.
Yes. Each product is licensed and priced on its own, and a license for one does not carry over to another. If you end up using several of ours, email us — we would rather work out a sensible arrangement than have you juggle renewals.
A second plugin is in final testing and launches shortly, with more planned after it. Every new product follows the same model: a free core where it makes sense, a paid add-on for the features you need once you are selling, and the same licensing, updates and support.

Buying, billing and refunds

Both. The pricing section on the product page has a toggle so you can compare them. Yearly is billed once a year and works out cheaper; monthly is there if you would rather not commit up front. Either way it renews automatically until you cancel.
Yes — you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, including the first payment of a new subscription. Email info@codeholt.com with your order number or license key. Renewal charges after that first payment are not refundable, and cancelling stops future billing without cutting your current period short. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Pro stops running its feature modules and your site falls back to the free plugin’s single-domain behaviour. Nothing is deleted and nothing is disabled remotely — renewing brings everything back exactly as it was.
Yes. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Please do. Email info@codeholt.com. We would much rather spend ten minutes telling you Pro is not the right fit than process a refund a week later.

Support

For the free plugin, use the WordPress.org support forum. For Pro, email info@codeholt.com. The Documentation page covers setup, configuration, the REST endpoints and the developer hooks.
We aim to answer within one business day. If something is broken in production, say so in the subject line and it goes to the front of the queue.
Yes, for Pro customers. If the setup steps in the documentation do not get you there, send us your WordPress and PHP versions along with whatever the admin notice says, and we will work it out with you.
